Regulations on Selling EHS Products Online

EHS hereby reiterates that if direct seller intentionally sells or provide product to sell online or provide product for others to resell, in which results EHS product to be sold online or other channels, related direct seller will be reprimanded, including and not limited to termination of direct selling qualification. The sales revenue of the seller in violation will not be accounted for, and the accumulated points, bonus, and points of the referrer, referral bonus will not be calculated for the team that the seller belongs to. Therefore, to avoid EHS products are sold online or different channels that does not belong to our direct sellers, and result in violation of our operation manual policy, we want to remind our partners to take care and check where your products are sold to and make sure to provide after sale service. If you are in contact with buyers or consumers with abnormal purchase behavior or volume, please stay cautious for the sake of protecting your work environment. Please pass this message to your other partners.

Online platforms that did not pass or are not applied through proper channels, please do not use any WHS related wording or logo (i.e. EHS purchased..etc.) shown below. Please complete amendment and registration before June 30^th, 2020. Those who does not complete amendment and is reported to be true, will be suspended from distribution qualification for 6 months based on operation manual clauses. Those who do not accept and repeat violation will be suspended indefinitely.
